The local Church is celebrating its 150th anniversary, and they have organised various events to mark the year. This week has been a scarecrow festival, where people across the town have made scarecrows and have displayed them in their gardens. Then maps have been printed and distributed in local shops. We went out today to see some of them, we saw 10 but there are 30 in total. Laceys favourite was the queen of hearts from the Alice in Wonderland display. Some people have put alot of effort in to making the scarecrows and they are wonderful to see.
We had fun seeing all the scarecrows, and will hopefully get to see the rest soon.
